Venturing into different media ....acrylics,watercolour, sand, glass, beads,fruits, tempera and more .....

Using media in different ways or experiencing using a new medium altogether can sometimes be the beginning of a new & exciting journey! ...

I started paint pouring three months ago and it has led me into a new terrain of creativity being able to appreciate a new medium, apply it to create new pieces , unexpected happy accidents and new found inspiration that makes creating art one of the reasons I practise it. 

I have always used oil paints as that is what I have been used to however with time one realizes that every medium in art has its beauty, versatility and advantages. It really depends on how the medium is utilised. 

Acrylic paint pouring has been interesting and this is what resulted after my ventures in this media !...

Art Box Project World 1.0

 ARTBOX.PROJECT WORLD 1.0  An international Art Exhibition took place at ARTBOX.GALLERY Zurich and worldwide on ARTSY the largest art platform with over 1 million verified art buyers.  The exhibition started on January 4, 2021 and till June.  All participants were shown digitally in the gallery on six different 4K, 55″ screens from January 4 – March 31, 2021 + presented on ARTSY with their artwork. It was an honour to be part of this show! Art Box Projects Barcelona 1.0

The project took place from 02 - 07 May 2021 as originally planned at the Valid World Hall gallery. Originally planned for 2020 the exhibition was moved to this year due to the Covid Pandemic! The exhibition showcased a mix of original artworks and digitally displayed works from international artists and I was honoured to be part of it!  ARTBOX.PROJECTS is founded by THE ARTBOX.GALLERY in Switzerland, with the goal of giving upcoming artists from all around the world a platform on which they can present their work to the public. THE ARTBOX.PROJECTS is moving around the world.
